Join Toss Securities as an HR Operations Manager!

  • The HR Operations Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to departure, actively engaging in data organization, systematization, and enhancements at each stage.
  • More than just an administrative role, you will design and maintain the HR operational structure. By analyzing compensation data and developing HR service platforms, you'll lead responses to regulatory bodies such as the Financial Supervisory Service and the Korea Financial Investment Association.
  • As our organization scales rapidly from 500 to 2,000 employees, you will proactively identify challenges and build operational infrastructure to support business growth.

 

About the Team You'll Join:

  • The HR Operations Manager is part of the People Solution Partner Team within the People & Culture Division.
  • You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Regional Business Partners, and HR Consultants, while also communicating effectively with legal, finance, and compliance departments.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing Workday-based HRIS operations, internal controls, and executive governance.

 

Your Future Responsibilities:

  • Understand the complete flow of HR operations from hiring to resignation, meticulously organizing and systematizing data, and continuously improving operational structures.
  • Manage HR budgets, vendor contracts, and follow-up operations post-restructuring to ensure HR operations reliably support business growth.
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems like Workday, while identifying points for automation to enhance HR service platform efficiency.
  • Accurately analyze compensation adjustments, manage HR dashboard data, and monitor working hours to provide insightful HR data analytics.
  • Lead compliance with regulatory submissions to bodies like the Financial Supervisory Service and the Financial Services Commission.
  • Oversee executive governance operations, including appointments, removals, board reporting, and electronic disclosures.

 

We’re Looking for Candidates Who:

  • Have over 3 years of practical experience in HR operations and are detail-oriented with a passion for organization and structure.
  • Capable of running established processes reliably while also identifying areas for improvement, valuing both timelines and accuracy.
  • Possess a mindset for efficiency and have experience in enhancing existing processes.
  • Have strong data literacy skills to analyze HR data and are adaptable with automation tools, having explored new tools to improve work processes.

 

Preferred Experiences:

  • Experience in HR operations within financial regulatory industries such as securities firms, banks, or fintech is a plus.
  • Experience managing SaaS-based HR systems like Workday is highly desirable.
