  • Act as a business partner to the CEO and business leaders, aiding in team formation and organizational structure adaptation.

  • Own the Employee Lifecycle for designated business areas.

  • Enhance processes that strengthen the business: performance cycles, leadership development, feedback ecosystems, succession planning, and organizational design.

  • Analyze data on people and team dynamics to make strategic decisions beyond mere surveys.

  • Foster a culture of high performance, where ambition, transparency, and accountability coexist with humanity.
