Act as a business partner to the CEO and business leaders, aiding in team formation and organizational structure adaptation.
Own the Employee Lifecycle for designated business areas.
Enhance processes that strengthen the business: performance cycles, leadership development, feedback ecosystems, succession planning, and organizational design.
Analyze data on people and team dynamics to make strategic decisions beyond mere surveys.

Your experience of 3+ years in HRBP/People Partnership within a dynamic environment.
Understanding of business operations and the ability to communicate in terms of numbers, priorities, and impact.
Experience in managing the Employee Lifecycle, building it as a strategic system rather than just coordinating processes.
Strong relationship-building skills with leaders and effective communication: negotiating, articulating viewpoints, finding win-win solutions, and managing feedback as a tool.
