Point72 Asset Management, L. P. is hiring an HR Analyst for its Bengaluru office. The HR team at Point72 plays a key role in supporting leaders and employees by providing reliable data analytics and smooth HR operations. This position helps foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace by ensuring accurate HR records and supporting every stage of the employee experience, from onboarding through offboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for HR operations, answering employee questions about company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Oversee all phases of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, leaves, and exits.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to prepare and maintain employee contracts and HR documentation.
  • Ensure employee and benefits information remains accurate and consistent across HRIS, Payroll, and benefits providers.
  • Conduct regular data checks, reconciliations, and audits to maintain compliance and data quality.
  • Support global HR Business Partners with daily operational needs so they can focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Create and analyze both routine and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, attrition, hiring trends, mobility, and workforce demographics.
  • Maintain and enhance standardized HR dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory reporting, and requests for workforce data.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in HR data and processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements and automation efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience in an HR Analyst or HR operations role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR data management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a financial services environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
