Support global HR Business Partners with daily operational needs so they can focus on strategic initiatives. Maintain and enhance standardized HR dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for HR leadership and stakeholders. Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory reporting, and requests for workforce data. Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in HR data and processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements and automation efforts. Requirements Experience in an HR Analyst or HR operations role. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR data management systems. Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus. Comfort working in a financial services environment where priorities can shift quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
