Role Overview
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our mission, acting as the first point of contact for our valued members. Your passion for service and ability to connect with people will be essential in this role. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team of skilled operators and seasoned doctors, while also enjoying the autonomy to take initiative in various tasks. Your efforts will be integral to our success in upholding the high standards we set forth.
Your Contributions in the First Year
In your first 6–12 months, you will be responsible for conducting clinical examinations, performing ECGs, measuring grip strength, assessing eye pressure, collecting blood samples, analyzing lab results, and managing essential administrative documentation. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly and that we deliver high-quality results to our members.
