Job Title: Head of Growth (AI SaaS)
Role Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Head of Growth with a strong global perspective.
- You'll spearhead our global market penetration and growth strategies for an innovative AI recruitment SaaS platform.
- Your primary focus will be to establish a sustainable Product-Led Growth (PLG) funnel through a combination of SEO, influencer outreach, and performance marketing.
- Your efforts will drive significant growth in user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- PLG Strategy Development & Execution: Create and implement product-led growth pathways from inception to scaling.
- Optimize the entire user journey from initial signup and activation (Aha Moment) to monetization.
- Achieve scalable growth with exceptional efficiency and minimal customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Multi-Channel Acquisition Engine
- SEO & AIO: Lead our global SEO initiatives, utilizing AI to enhance content production and keyword rankings, capturing high-intent traffic in the AI recruitment sector.
- Influencer & Community Marketing: Forge and nurture strong partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and consumers (KOCs) in tech and HR.
- Utilize AI-driven influencer networks to build brand credibility and facilitate viral growth.
- Paid Acquisition Optimization: Oversee global advertising budgets across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, continuously enhancing ROI through systematic A/B testing.
Product & Data Mindset
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior data.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to integrate growth experiments into product features (e.g., referral programs, viral loops, AI productivity tools).
- Establish a closed-loop growth system.
Global Market Insights
- Investigate variances in recruitment markets and regulatory landscapes across regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, GDPR compliance).
- Customize go-to-market (GTM) strategies based on findings.
Requirements
- Proven Global Expansion Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SaaS growth roles.
- Documented success in scaling AI or recruitment SaaS products internationally.
- Experience in scaling from startup to $10M+ ARR is highly desirable.
- Growth Expertise: Profound knowledge of PLG models.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, paid acquisition, and influencer marketing.
- Strong insights into cutting-edge, AI-native growth strategies.
- Exceptional Data Sense: Proficient with growth analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Segment.
- Highly experimental with strong logical and analytical capabilities.
- AI Recruiting Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of AI's impact on recruitment workflows (screening, matching, interviewing).
- Ability to translate industry value into compelling marketing narratives.
- Communication & Execution: Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
