We are in the process of establishing a world-class Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) in India and are in search of a passionate and driven leader to spearhead this initiative.
As the Team Lead of the Finance SSC, you will play a pivotal role in a strategic transformation. You will build and lead our finance operations hub from the ground up, shaping processes, recruiting top-tier talent, and delivering exceptional service to our global teams. This is a unique chance to make a significant impact within a high-stakes initiative at a fast-scaling company.
Your responsibilities will include leading the establishment of our Finance SSC to support operations in JAPAC and EMEA from process design through to service delivery and governance. You will define the SSC’s operating model, performance metrics, and roadmap in alignment with SAP Fioneer’s global strategy. Driving the transition of key finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) into the SSC with precision, you will harness AI agents to develop actionable use cases.
Lead and Inspire:
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Be a mentor, coach, and role model for your team.
Implement standardized, scalable processes with robust controls and automation. Leverage SAP S/4HANA and other tools to drive digital finance transformation. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure top-tier service delivery and compliance.
Global Collaboration:
Act as the key liaison between the SSC and global stakeholders. Build strong relationships across regions and functions, communicating progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership.
