ResponsibilitiesProfessionally and efficiently manage incoming guest inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide precise information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and services offered by Beond. Assist guests with modifications to their reservations and travel itineraries. Promptly address complaints and resolve issues while upholding exceptional customer service standards. Document guest interactions and feedback to enhance service quality. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and elevate guest experience. RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred. Mandatory previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments. Prior experience as a travel consultant is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English. Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or French is preferred. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
