Role overview
The GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist is based in London, UK, with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday to Thursday). This position reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and sits within the Talent Acquisition department.
As NexGen Cloud’s commercial teams expand, this specialist will lead recruitment for go-to-market functions. Key areas include Business Development, Pre-Sales, Partner Relations, and Marketing. The quality of hires in these teams has a direct impact on revenue growth and market standing.
This role goes beyond traditional recruitment. Building high-performing teams, collecting market intelligence, and working closely with leadership to ensure hiring supports commercial goals are all part of the remit.
What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for go-to-market teams, including Business Development, Pre-Sales, Partner Relations, and Marketing.
- Partner with leadership to align hiring strategies with commercial objectives.
- Gather and share market intelligence to inform talent decisions.
