Role overview
The GTM Strategy & Operations - Enterprise Business Partner will take ownership of scaling outbound and top-of-funnel programs. This role works closely with founders and sales leadership to design and execute outbound strategies that connect with high-value prospects and drive new business.
What you will do
- Direct outbound strategy, including identifying targets, developing messaging, automating outreach, and running campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Collaborate with founders and Account Executives to uncover and secure major business opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and manage a small team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Develop scalable playbooks for prospecting, outreach, and meeting scheduling.
- Align outbound campaigns with growth, content, paid media, and event teams.
- Test and refine messaging, outreach cadences, and tools to improve conversion rates.
- Set the pace for outbound activities by participating directly alongside the team.
- Foster a culture of speed, accountability, and continuous improvement through coaching.
- Work with the CEO, Head of Growth, and GTM leaders on strategic projects and execution.
Requirements
- Experience managing outbound sales or development, ideally in fast-moving or early-stage companies.
- Proven ability to build and manage revenue-generating pipelines.
- Comfortable as a player-coach, balancing hands-on execution with team development.
- Strong at building scalable, repeatable processes and using sales tools effectively.
- Familiar with modern outbound platforms such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location and compensation
- Location: San Francisco (in-person, on-site, full-time)
- Total compensation: $280K–$420K
- Base salary: $150K–$180K plus performance-based cash bonuses
