The Role
We are seeking a GTM Engineer who will be pivotal in scaling our automated outbound prospecting systems. This role uniquely blends engineering expertise with revenue generation strategies. You will harness your technical ingenuity to define the future of GTM engineering within an AI-driven organization.
Collaborating closely with our RevOps and Sales teams, you will design automated workflows, create integrations, and develop AI-enhanced systems that drive pipeline growth in the US market. Additionally, you will leverage Dust itself to enhance our GTM operations.

Responsibilities
Develop Automated GTM Systems
Design and implement comprehensive outbound workflows utilizing our GTM toolkit (Dust, CommonRoom, Clay, Lemlist, HubSpot)
Identify high-intent prospects, enrich data, create personalized outreach strategies, and manage qualified lead routing
Establish scalable systems that continuously enhance prospecting efficiency
