Your Role

We are searching for a GTM & Deployment Lead who will take charge of customer engagement from initial outreach through to converting pilot projects into enterprise contracts. This unique role blends sales, implementation, and product development.

You will engage directly with customers to finalize deals, execute pilot projects, and leverage the Felicity platform to address their most pressing challenges. Collaborating closely with our founders, engineering team, and clients, you will shape the deployment and development of our solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Initiate Sales and Customer Engagement

  • Lead outreach efforts and engage in initial customer discussions.

  • Analyze customer workflows to discover impactful opportunities.

  • Conduct pilot project scoping and establish clear success metrics.

  • Effectively communicate the value of Felicity in practical terms.

Manage Pilot Projects from Start to Finish

  • Design and execute pilot projects with defined goals and timelines.

  • Convert complex workflows into streamlined automations.

  • Quickly configure and deploy solutions.
