Role Overview: GTM Analytics Engineer (Remote)
The GTM Analytics Engineer will shape how Limble’s revenue teams use data. Reporting to the Director of Data, this person will design systems and analyses that inform sales, retention, and growth decisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) models using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data to improve targeting and pipeline quality.
- Create and maintain go-to-market (GTM) workflows that enrich prospect data at scale.
- Identify and automate repetitive processes in Revenue Operations (RevOps), including custom pipeline development when needed.
- Design integrations across the GTM stack to improve data integrity and ensure smooth system communication.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to support GTM strategies and execution.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver disciplined, iterative analyses.
- Deep understanding of RevOps workflows and the full GTM process, from prospecting to renewal.
- Ownership mindset and initiative in tackling organizational challenges.
- Experience building systems to support pipeline development.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python.
- Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Salesforce, n8n, and Snowflake.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $145,000 to $170,000.
