The Growth Strategy Team

Our Growth Strategy team is responsible for establishing EliseAI’s market position, understanding, and value. We oversee the branding and identity of our platform and its products, while designing and executing high-impact growth initiatives that propel the company forward and build our pipeline.

Operating with the agility and commitment of a startup, the Growth Strategy team benefits from the resources, market access, and product innovation of a well-funded Series E company. Our objective is to transition products and platform capabilities from vague to distinctly positioned and ensure effective execution across all market touchpoints. This role demands deep collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Leadership) and a founder-level ownership from the outset.

Members of this team embody the best of EliseAI: strategic insight, contextual awareness, technical acumen, and full accountability for execution. You will seamlessly transition between crafting compelling product narratives and developing the automated systems that deliver them at scale. You’ll shape go-to-market strategies while diving into data, tools, and infrastructure to bring them to life.
