Role Overview: Growth and Operations Manager The Growth and Operations Manager will shape and scale FLORA's go-to-market systems. This role works across teams to design and implement processes that drive distribution and growth. The manager ensures users, partners, and prospects experience the full value of FLORA. Success in this position requires strategic thinking, initiative, and the ability to see projects through from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead new go-to-market projects from idea through launch: create pilots, gather feedback, and iterate. Examples include launching partnership programs or exploring marketplace collaborations. Suggest new growth strategies by tracking industry trends, analyzing FLORA’s position, and highlighting ways to stand out in the market. Grow and engage FLORA’s community by connecting with creative partners, student users, and power users. Identify and implement effective engagement methods. Improve existing growth initiatives by working with GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams to build on what works.
