Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative Growth Marketing Specialist to enhance our tech client project. You will analyze user insights, design customer journeys, and implement effective CRM and mobile strategies. We are looking for a proactive marketer who is passionate about driving growth and making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a scalable marketing communications platform by executing strategic, data-driven CRM initiatives and product feature launches.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar (including push notifications, emails, and in-app messaging) on a monthly basis, coordinating input from internal stakeholders.
- Act as the project manager, collaborating with internal teams on content creation, message positioning, asset development, and target audience segmentation.
- Handle the complete process from inception to launch for push notifications, emails, and in-app communications.
- Manage deployment processes, including message scripting, target list creation, quality assurance testing, and scheduling communications.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as click-through rates and conversion impact, collaborating with the analytics team to measure KPIs.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and meet critical deadlines.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in email, push notification, and in-app marketing, CRM, or campaign management.
- Experience in high-growth, technology-driven organizations, preferably with fintech exposure.
- Familiarity with mobile app marketing and growth hacking techniques.
- Proficient in CRM marketing technology.
- Experience using SQL for marketing analytics.
- Strong coordination skills, able to provide clear information to cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset, capable of translating data into actionable business decisions and campaign enhancements.
- Critical thinking ability to evaluate alternative solutions logically.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and quick to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
