Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a proactive outbound marketing engine that consistently secures meetings for our sales team. Analyze buyer personas to understand their motivations and develop messaging that drives conversions. Collaborate with Engineering and Sales Ops to curate, enhance, and categorize prospect lists by Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and geographic territory. Conduct ongoing A/B testing on cold email campaigns, focusing on various triggers and messaging strategies. Create an AI-driven outbound system that continuously optimizes and enhances performance through data insights. Ensure compliance with email and data regulations across all outbound initiatives. Take ownership of MQL generation through both inbound and outbound strategies, with specific targets on meetings booked. Collaborate with our advertising agency to boost inbound lead quality and improve conversion rates. Enhance website conversion rates through iterative copy testing and optimization of landing pages and calls-to-action. Lead the development of territory-specific strategies to effectively launch and scale go-to-market efforts at the city and state levels. Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage selected accounts through digital and out-of-home campaigns. Create dedicated landing pages tailored to specific territories and verticals. Craft high-impact copy for cold emails, landing pages, advertisements, and key website elements. Manage and refine the go-to-market tool stack, ensuring clear tracking of performance and ROI. Work closely with the Sales team to enhance meeting quality and conversion into the sales pipeline.
