Recently, we secured a $5.1M Seed round from esteemed investors such as Companyon Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, UIF, and CEAS Investments. We are expanding our team to enhance our infrastructure and replace traditional multi-channel messaging stacks.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate individual to take charge of and elevate our growth engine, which includes programmatic SEO, paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and the entire product-led growth funnel. This system is currently generating significant pipeline, and your role will be to own, refine, and scale it, freeing our CEO from day-to-day management.
You will oversee the entire process from top-of-funnel acquisition to converting signups into activated users. This involves managing paid campaigns, enhancing our SEO and content strategies, experimenting with landing pages and onboarding flows, developing lifecycle email sequences, and analyzing data to understand what works. Collaboration with engineering, sales, and product teams will be essential to convert developer traffic into paying customers.
This position is not focused on brand marketing or management; instead, you will be deeply involved in executing experiments, such as launching programmatic content, building demand generation systems, and automating lead qualification. This role is ideal for a technically adept individual who is early in their career and already understands how to manage growth systems from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Acquisition & SEO
Take ownership of Sent's existing programmatic SEO and paid acquisition strategy.
Optimize and scale paid channels to achieve tight Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets.
Maintain and enhance the content and SEO strategy that currently drives organic growth.
Continuously build and test landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and conversion flows.
Product-Led Growth
Manage the self-serve signup funnel from the initial contact to activated paying customer.
Analyze signup-to-activation funnels, identify drop-off points, and implement solutions.
Develop automated onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement email sequences.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience.
