Your Mission
We are seeking a Growth Manager to spearhead the execution of our consumer growth initiatives in Ghana. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce NALA to new users by actively managing campaigns across both established and emerging growth channels.
This role necessitates close collaboration with the diaspora community to drive user acquisition and engagement. As a hands-on operator, you will be accountable for executing a range of activities, from digital marketing campaigns to local partnerships.
Your Responsibilities in this Role
- Growth Execution: You will have direct accountability for implementing the strategy to achieve all consumer growth objectives in your region.
- Partnerships & Events: Identify, negotiate, and execute local partnerships and community events.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, both online and offline.
- Community Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with community ambassadors and influencers.
- Customer Research: Conduct regular research to uncover insights and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage to Targets: Achieve established growth targets through proactive management.
