Position Summary
We are in search of a dynamic GTM Engineer with a proven track record in developing and scaling outbound sales infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to analyze our current processes, identify gaps, and implement systems that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams. You will assess, deploy, and oversee tools within our GTM stack, creating integrations where standard connections are insufficient. This role requires collaboration across sales, marketing, and RevOps, translating field intelligence into actionable system enhancements in real-time. Regular interactions with Sales leadership on pipeline quality and direct engagement with BDRs on sequencing and targeting are expected.
Key Outcomes for the First Six Months
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive market intelligence dataset of over 1,500 new companies involved in environmental and alternative give-back initiatives, enabling targeted account prioritization for sales and marketing.
- Design and implement AI-driven enrichment and outbound automation across email and LinkedIn that identifies relevant company signals and populates CRM-ready fields for outbound sequences.
- Drive measurable enhancements in Sales performance and pipeline quality, aiming for at least a 25% increase in meetings booked and a 15% increase in meetings per person progressing into the deal pipeline through improved targeting, timing, personalization, and trust-driven messaging.
Your Responsibilities
Outbound Infrastructure & Automation
- Design and oversee the outbound engine, including prospecting workflows, lead routing, sequencing cadences, and follow-up automation for our BDR team.
- Collaborate on optimizing our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, n8n, enrichment tools, intent data) to ensure each tool effectively contributes to pipeline growth.
- Create automations that minimize manual sales and marketing tasks, allowing the team to focus on high-value conversations rather than data entry.
ICP Targeting & Account Intelligence
- Continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for enterprise ESG buyers using firmographic data, intent signals, public ESG commitments, sustainability reporting, and third-party enrichment to pinpoint accounts ready to engage.
- Proactively research and model emerging buyer segments that extend beyond the current ICP to capture new business opportunities.
