Your responsibilities will include:
Resolving system and user-related issues while guiding customers on platform functionalities.
Assisting clients in configuring the platform to suit their requirements and testing new software releases.
Engaging directly with customers—both onsite and remotely—to assess their needs and identify areas for improvement.
