We are currently seeking a Graduate Business Analyst to join the dynamic team of a prestigious Luxury Automotive OEM located in Woking.
Role Overview:
As part of a significant enterprise CAD upgrade project, transitioning from VPM-CATIAv5 to 3D Experience-CATIA V6, the Graduate Business Analyst will engage in process thinking, provide insights on data and process requirements, identify process gaps, and explore improvement opportunities alongside other analysts. Your responsibilities will include testing new and improved processes and validating training materials.
In this role, you will facilitate business user engagement by collaborating with various technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture their requirements and challenges, while also developing a comprehensive library of use case, process, and method artifacts related to CAD engineering and data management.
Additionally, you will gather data requirements that will support the definition and validation of processes, working closely with technical consultants to ensure alignment in testing and data migration efforts.
The Graduate Business Analyst will effectively organize and structure information within the delivery framework, acting as a custodian for CAD engineering and related data management methods, while closely liaising with business and IT SMEs, data architects, and third-party implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with key project SMEs across business and IT sectors to facilitate process mapping and innovative working methods for CAD users.
• Assist in defining logical data models and conducting data quality profiling.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify data needs and support process mapping exercises.
• Maintain an inventory of use cases, processes, and methods on behalf of the business.
• Support testing and data migration efforts in collaboration with the implementation team.
• Document new business functions and processes accurately; report on delivery progress and conduct gap analysis in a PMO support capacity.
Other responsibilities and tasks may be assigned as necessary.
