Overview
We are looking for a skilled GTM Engineer to design, build, and maintain the systems that drive Axial’s go-to-market initiatives. This role, reporting to the Business Operations Lead, works at the intersection of Business Operations, Go-To-Market, and Product.
This hands-on technical operations role involves owning and enhancing the systems that facilitate GTM execution, including workflow orchestration, data pipelines, and AI-driven automation. Your contributions will minimize manual tasks, increase reliability, and optimize internal operations.
Your primary focus will be to manage and evolve AI-powered systems throughout Axial’s member lifecycle. You will create and implement intelligent workflows that qualify and verify new members in real-time, develop automation that resolves support requests autonomously, and enhance our AI-driven chat functionalities to elevate member experience. Your efforts will directly influence revenue, member trust, and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable managing systems end-to-end, from initial architecture and implementation through ongoing monitoring and optimization. You will have a strong commitment to data quality, reliability, and user experience, taking pride in building robust systems that significantly improve organizational operations.
