• Our physicians deliver bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• We offer comprehensive physician-level wound management training and a fellowship to equip you with the skills necessary for clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians earn an average salary of $300,000 annually, with benefits for a 30-hour work week (part-time opportunities are available).
• Paid training is included.
 
Practice Overview:
 
• Full-time work available: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm), with part-time options.
• No call and no weekend responsibilities.
• Physicians provide modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.
• The part-time role requires a minimum commitment of 3 days per week, while the full-time role spans 4-5 days per week.
• This is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40 to 60-mile radius.
• Our physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients.
• Real-time clinical documentation is performed at the point of care using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Paid training is provided during onboarding, along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
