General Manager/CEO, Clinical Trial Abundance Initiative

EQL Tech is collaborating with two philanthropic foundations on an ambitious initiative to transform the clinical trial landscape. Our mission is to ensure that revolutionary therapies are delivered to patients quickly and fairly. We are dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers that hinder access and diversity in clinical trials, striving to enhance the representation of clinical trial participants and amplify the efficacy of innovative health solutions.

Role Overview

The foundation is in search of a General Manager/CEO for the new Clinical Trial Abundance Initiative. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead efforts to decentralize clinical trial access, focusing on patient-centered approaches and fostering diverse participation. You will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies that enable health systems, community groups, and patients to engage more actively in the clinical trial process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical trial accessibility, especially for underrepresented communities.
  • Partner with health systems, patient advocacy organizations, and research institutions to optimize participation pathways and disseminate effective outreach practices.
  • Incorporate community engagement and ecosystem development strategies into clinical trial planning and execution, ensuring trials mirror real-world patient diversity.
  • Advocate for policy reforms at local, state, and federal levels to increase regulatory flexibility in clinical trial designs.
  • Track and assess the progress of the initiative, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborate with thought leaders and experts to promote innovative practices that reshape the clinical trial framework.
