As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will develop and enhance secure, scalable services that underpin our human-centered healthcare model. Collaborating within small, interdisciplinary teams, you will design comprehensive solutions that significantly enhance our user experience, helping our members overcome pain. Your role will include profiling systems to proactively prevent scaling issues, maintaining high-quality standards through insightful code reviews, and ensuring optimal live site operations in our continuous deployment DevOps culture.
Your First Year
First 3 Months: Immerse yourself in our trunk-based CI/CD workflow to construct, test, and launch impactful features each sprint. You will address complex challenges with various execution paths and contribute to your team's success by deploying code that enhances our client applications.
First 6 Months: Take charge of end-to-end solutions, proactively profiling systems to avert scaling challenges while enhancing the maintainability and availability of our services. You'll also elevate your technical skills through a tailored professional development plan.
First Year: Help establish the objectives and key results (OKRs) that guide your team’s roadmap. You will drive operational excellence by investigating root causes of incidents and contributing to the improvement of our overall architecture and developer tools.
