Customer Relationship Management: You will contribute to building long-term customer relationships by providing clear information, documenting inquiries, and planning follow-up actions.
Adhering to Quality Standards: You will work with existing checklists to ensure that every customer interaction is handled professionally, completely, and transparently.
Event Participation: When necessary, you will support the team at trade fairs and events, representing our company in a professional manner.
