Customer Relationship Management: You will assist in building long-term customer relationships by providing clear information, documenting inquiries, and planning follow-up actions.
Adherence to Quality Standards: You will utilize existing checklists to ensure that every customer interaction is handled professionally, thoroughly, and transparently.
Support at Events: When necessary, you will assist the team at trade shows and events, representing our company in a professional manner.
