Location: Alexandria, VA - Full-Time Position

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? At ICBD Holdings, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT/BT). With a competitive hourly wage of $24.15, this is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart a rewarding career in healthcare.

As part of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and support to prepare for the RBT exam through our ABA Academy of Excellence. Additionally, we offer ongoing career development to help you grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Career Advancement Opportunities:

  • Progress from RBT to Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and various corporate or clinic roles
  • Eligible for a full scholarship to Temple University for a Master’s in ABA
  • Join our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time employment

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support children with autism in various settings, including home, community, and our centers
  • Teach essential life and social skills using evidence-based practices
  • Collect and analyze data during therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate effectively with families and team members to meet client needs
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
