Join Our Team as a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at a Vibrant Community Mental Health Clinic in West Oakland, CA!

Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to the BIPOC community.

We are on the lookout for a passionate and empathetic Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join us in our mission to enhance lives through quality mental health care.

As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in offering therapeutic support to individuals, working in a nurturing environment that values both clients and staff. We utilize innovative practices and technologies to ensure top-notch care.

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including a Psychiatrist who serves as the Medical Director.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and creating personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy.
  • Assisting clients in overcoming personal challenges related to substance use.
  • Maintaining precise clinical documentation and records in line with regulations.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educating clients and their families about available resources and coping strategies.

Client Focus: Primarily treating adult clients dealing with:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Grief & Loss
  • Women's Health Issues
  • Anger Management
  • Relationship Challenges
  • ADHD
  • OCD

Patient Volume: You will see approximately 5 clients daily.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually based on experience.
