Join our dynamic team at Intellect HQ as a Clinical Psychologist! We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled professional who excels in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The right candidate will possess extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and be adept at conducting neuropsychological assessments for individuals across various age groups, including youth, adolescents, and adults. Your proficiency in report writing will also be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute tailored treatment plans leveraging evidence-based strategies with an emphasis on CBT.
- Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, available both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- Administer neuropsychological assessments for conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to the advancement of service delivery and improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to formulate and implement client-centered treatment approaches.
- Coordinate closely with our 24/7 helpline responders to manage client risk and ensure safety during crises.
- Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Stay abreast of developments in the field through ongoing professional education and training.
- Flexibly commit to clinic hours, operating Monday to Friday from 10am to 9pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm, including two evening shifts and two Saturdays each month.
Requirements:
- A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-graduation, ideally within a mental health context.
- Proficient in both individual and group therapy facilitation.
- Adept in organizing and executing online seminars using various digital platforms and capable of creating engaging content.
- Experience in effectively managing crisis situations.
- Familiarity with administering psychological assessments.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing evidence-based treatments, particularly CBT.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
- Willingness to conduct in-person sessions at our office or partner locations.
- Preferred: Experience offering clinical supervision to fellow mental health professionals.
