Transform customer insights into product enhancements through swift iteration and experimentation. Work collaboratively with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams to ensure engineering decisions align with business objectives. Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, monitoring, and reliability. Effectively prioritize tasks and adapt to evolving requirements autonomously. What You’ll Bring4-6 years of full-stack/frontend engineering experience with proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS, crafting polished, visually appealing UIs. Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems, or a strong desire to learn. An outcome-driven mindset, measuring success by the impact of your work rather than just the number of features shipped. A collaborative spirit, comfortable bridging engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. A low ego, high energy, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a pioneering Frontend Engineer who excels at the convergence of engineering and product innovation. You will take ownership of features from inception to execution, designing, building, launching, and refining them while prioritizing customer experience and measurable results.
