Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of a Recruiter is to implement efficient sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates, with the goal of swiftly and effectively fulfilling job vacancies. You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and key stakeholders to develop and recommend robust sourcing strategies. Drawing from your expertise, you will suggest improvements to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and actively promote best practice sourcing methods.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage talent that aligns with specific client requirements.
- Establish strong partnerships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and stakeholders.
- Analyze and understand job requirements based on client specifications.
- Employ diverse recruiting strategies to target directly sourced (passive) candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Utilize internal databases to identify potential candidates and post job listings to broaden the candidate pool.
- Conduct outreach to candidates in the US to discuss available job openings.
- Deliver exceptional candidate care, ensuring effective pre-screening processes.
- Evaluate and qualify candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and motivation using a behavioral-based approach.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions.
- Proactively build talent pipelines and create pre-qualified candidate pools in alignment with client needs.
