Role Overview:
As a Senior French Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to implement effective sourcing strategies aimed at attracting passive candidates. Your goal will be to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective recruitment solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and key stakeholders to devise and enhance sourcing strategies that align with organizational needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage talent that aligns with specific client requirements.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and other stakeholders.
- Analyze and understand position requirements based on client specifications.
- Utilize diverse recruiting strategies to target passive candidates directly.
- Source profiles through job portals, internal databases, and professional networking platforms.
- Leverage internal databases to identify potential candidates and post job openings to broaden the candidate pool.
- Conduct calls with candidates in the US to discuss job opportunities.
- Provide exceptional candidate care, ensuring thorough pre-screening before selection.
- Select and qualify candidates based on their skills, cultural fit, and motivation using behavioral-based approaches.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions.
- Proactively build talent pipelines and create pre-qualified candidate pools in accordance with client requirements.
