Qualifications:Prior experience in customer service; contact center experience is a plus. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and confidence with a diverse clientele. A service-oriented approach with a strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to remain patient and calm in challenging situations. Proficient in both French (native or near-native) and English (B2 level or higher). Must possess EU citizenship or a valid residence permit for Greece.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via telephone and email, delivering outstanding support.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring respectful and fair treatment.
  • Conduct thorough affordability assessments to understand each client's financial situation and establish reasonable repayment plans when applicable.
  • Communicate the advantages of achieving their 'debt-free day,' providing clear timelines and information regarding repayment plans.
  • Guide customers on the availability of free financial advice services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, ensuring all system notes reflect a professional and truthful account of conversations.
