About the Role:

As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will immerse yourself in the luxury sector, discreetly evaluating customer experiences and providing essential feedback to assist brands in enhancing their services. Your role may involve visiting boutiques, making online purchases, or returning products—your insights will help shape the future of luxury retail.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Each in-store visit takes around 20 minutes, enabling you to manage multiple assignments.
  • Frequent Opportunities: Engage in several missions each month while partnering with some of the most esteemed brands globally.

Fashion & Couture: Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Versace, Prada, Moncler, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Ferragamo, COS, Bally, Dolce & Gabbana.

Jewelry & Watches: Tiffany & Co., De Beers, Piaget, IWC, Boucheron, Pandora.

Beauty & Skincare: Guerlain, Sephora, L’Oréal, Givenchy.

Automotive: Bentley, Jaguar, Genesis, Maserati, Vespa.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Select your assignments based on your interests and profile.
  2. Visit luxury stores or evaluate online—interacting with sales associates in-store or from home.
  3. Conduct thorough observations of the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
  4. Provide candid feedback via our platform through detailed questionnaires.
