Deliver compelling demos: Present both standard and customized product demonstrations to qualified prospects, effectively showcasing Tebi’s core features and the associated business value (ROI). Negotiate effectively: Execute negotiation steps confidently using approved pricing frameworks. Maintain data accuracy: Ensure CRM integrity by documenting all sales activities, updating deal stages, and accurately entering relevant notes to preserve funnel hygiene and generate insights for informed decision-making. Enhance the sales funnel: Collaborate actively with the BDR team by providing feedback on lead quality and assisting in improving processes.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire sales cycle, directly contributing to our growth and revenue by acquiring new customers. Your work will go beyond simply closing deals; you will enhance our sales strategy by refining tools, optimizing processes, and leveraging data to foster scalable growth.

You will merge your extensive sales expertise with in-depth product knowledge to address complex challenges faced by our clients. Acting as a commercial advocate for our customers, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure we not only secure business but also create lasting value and enhance market share. We seek a candidate who excels in surpassing ambitious targets and establishing sustainable, repeatable sales successes.
