The Opportunity
Join Numeral at a pivotal moment in our growth journey as we scale from 80 to 300 employees within the next few years. We are not just looking for a recruiter; we need a strategic architect to help us maintain our culture and high standards while expanding our team.
As our Founding Recruiter, you will go beyond simply filling positions. You will collaborate closely with our Founders and C-suite executives to define what excellence looks like in our hiring process. You’ll implement the necessary infrastructure, including tools like Ashby and scorecards, to elevate our recruitment strategy and actively seek out the leadership and engineering talent that will shape our future.
Numeral is on a rapid growth trajectory, with plans to more than double our headcount in the coming year. To achieve this ambitious goal without compromising our culture or standards, we require a thoughtful talent partner to design our hiring system.
