About the job
Finch Legal aims to make legal counsel accessible for every American household, focusing on moments when support matters most. The company automates administrative work in consumer law, starting with personal injury cases, so legal teams can keep clients at the center. Since launching in April, Finch has expanded rapidly, now supporting pre-litigation processes for leading law firms nationwide. The platform blends experienced operators with specialized AI to handle tasks like intake, claim opening, medical records, police reports, lien management, and demands.
Finch Legal is backed by investors such as Sequoia and Redpoint, along with founders and CEOs from DoorDash, Ironclad, and others. The team is committed to transforming how the legal system serves everyday Americans and is adding new members to help grow its reach across the country.

- Design internal case management workflows to help legal operations run more efficiently.
- Enhance the law firm-facing product so partners have greater visibility and trust in their work with Finch.
- Drive decisions for client-facing features that make the legal process simpler for users.
- Lead development of AI-driven features, focusing on practical value and reliability.
- Establish the foundations of product management at Finch, including setting priorities, measuring success, and building collaboration across engineering and design.
