What You Will DoIdentify, assess, and prioritize new partnership opportunities across EHR platforms, RCM providers, referral and intake networks, and adjacent healthcare technology companies. Manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initial conversation to signed agreement and revenue generation, taking responsibility for outcomes. Develop a partnerships playbook from scratch: hypothesize which partner types yield the best results, test these assumptions, and establish scalable processes based on successful outcomes. Collaborate with the sales team to leverage current customer relationships as proof of concept and entry points for potential partnerships. Work closely with product and engineering teams to define partnership requirements and ensure the delivery capacity of Silna aligns with your sales efforts. Establish the necessary infrastructure for tracking partnerships and attributing revenue effectively.

About the Role

As our inaugural Partnerships Lead, you will be instrumental in establishing our partnership function from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include identifying channels that can amplify our presence within the healthcare ecosystem, negotiating impactful agreements, and managing partnerships from initial discussions to generating sustainable revenue. You will cultivate strategic relationships with EHR and practice management vendors, health systems, payer networks, GPOs, and key players in specialty care infrastructure.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be tasked with transforming Silna from a high-growth startup into a pivotal player in the healthcare infrastructure space. The partnerships you establish will not only broaden our distribution channels but also influence the construction of the future healthcare revenue stack.
