The Growth Team
The Growth team is essential to David AI's success, tasked with building and nurturing a global network of contributors. This includes a diverse pool of voice actors, linguists, and transcribers to meet our partners' demands effectively and at scale.
Role Overview: Growth Operations Lead
As the Growth Operations Lead, you will take charge of our contributor growth strategy. Your responsibilities will include designing acquisition and activation processes, scaling our contributor network across various markets, and ensuring operational efficiency as we grow in volume and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contributor growth: Oversee acquisition strategies, activation methods, retention efforts, and scaling processes.
- Conduct rapid experimentation: Implement high-velocity tests across different channels, geographical areas, and contributor profiles to identify effective strategies swiftly.
- Optimize contributor engagement: Refine product and incentive mechanisms to enhance contributor behavior, quality, and retention.
- Improve conversion rates: Streamline our funnel to boost conversion and repeat engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Product, Operations, and Engineering to develop growth-focused features, tools, and workflows.
