Your Role
Lead the user experience design for our flagship operations product and an innovative mobile talent agent.
Craft intuitive software that users love to interact with.
Engage in rapid development cycles to iterate and improve our offerings.
Conduct user interviews, perform UX audits, and translate feedback into actionable design enhancements.

Your Profile
A minimum of 2 years of experience in product design.
Demonstrated experience in designing functional software that users rely on.
Strong aesthetic judgment with the ability to discuss design quality eloquently.
An acute awareness of user experience, both positive and negative, in everyday design.
A portfolio showcasing your best work, reflecting your design journey.
Design Tools
Proficient in Figma for design processes.
Experience with advanced prototyping tools like Cursor or similar AI-driven solutions.
