The Role
We are excited to welcome our inaugural Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive pipeline generation across high-value sectors. This role transcends traditional outbound strategies; you'll become a connoisseur of wallet infrastructure, gain insights into how leading companies penetrate the crypto landscape, and engage in meaningful outreach that initiates valuable discussions for our Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) and leadership.
You will collaborate directly with the VP of Revenue, CEO, and AEs to establish the top of the funnel and build the outbound strategy from the ground up. If you thrive in a startup environment and relish the challenge of turning ideas into reality, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance targeted outbound strategies for high-value verticals.
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects and craft personalized messages that resonate with their business roadmap, challenges, and crypto objectives.
- Establish and manage early-stage pipelines in Salesforce while supporting weekly pipeline reviews with the revenue team.
- Qualify inbound inquiries, conduct initial discovery calls, and prepare AEs to advance high-quality opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, partnerships, and marketing teams to refine messaging, target personas, and execute outbound campaigns.
- Provide structured feedback from customers and market insights to the go-to-market (GTM) leadership.
- Continuously experiment and iterate to help build the outbound playbook at Turnkey.
- Exceed expectations to energize our go-to-market engine.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or similar outbound roles (experience in startups or the fintech/crypto sectors is advantageous, but not essential).
- Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
