About Bunkerhill Health
At Bunkerhill Health, we collaborate with top-tier health systems to create and implement AI-driven clinical workflows that are utilized in real-world clinical settings. Our direct partnerships with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams allow us to transform the complexities of clinical environments into scalable, impactful AI workflows.
As we expand, we're seeking our inaugural Forward Deployed Product Leads to engage directly with health systems and ensure the successful implementation of AI-powered care delivery solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI workflows at Bunkerhill as you help define their design, deployment, and scalability across our client base.
About the Role
The Forward Deployed Product Lead is responsible for overseeing the complete success of AI deployments within a diverse portfolio of health systems—from initial discovery through to go-live and continuous optimization.
This role demands a hands-on approach; you will be actively involved in the design, configuration, and deployment of AI workflows and agents within Bunkerhill’s platform—rather than merely specifying requirements for others to execute.
Role distribution (approximately):
25% pre-sales: discovery, solution design, demonstrations, pilot project scoping
75% post-sales: implementation, workflow construction, training, iteration, and optimization
What You’ll Do
AI Agent & Prompt Development
Design, test, and enhance AI agents and prompt logic within the platform utilizing contemporary LLM tools.
Formalize clinical reasoning and workflow logic into structured, dependable, and audit-compliant agent designs.
Assess outputs against clinical and operational standards; troubleshoot edge cases and failure scenarios.
Create reusable workflow patterns and agent templates that can be implemented across various clients.
Workflow & Product Design
Analyze current clinical workflows and design future workflows that integrate AI agents and automation.
Assemble comprehensive solutions using Bunkerhill’s platform (data inputs → AI agents → work queues → clinician UI → reporting).
Identify product gaps encountered in practical applications and draft concise product briefs to enable new capabilities, expedite deployments, and broaden specialty areas.
