The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our strategic enterprise clients to drive the adoption and impact of our AI platform.
Your role will involve embedding with client teams, sometimes for extended periods, to analyze their workflows, prototype innovative solutions, and implement high-value use cases that accelerate their transformation. This position requires travel.
As a vital link between pre-sales and post-sales, you will work alongside Account Executives to identify new opportunities, execute technical implementations, and ensure that customers derive lasting value from our offerings. This hands-on, consultative role combines technical expertise with customer empathy and business insight.
Your Impact
Act as the dedicated Solutions Engineer for key enterprise accounts, working alongside client teams to foster adoption, achieve measurable results, and facilitate expansion.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and other team members to drive project success and deliver high-quality implementations.
