Role Overview
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be at the forefront of Vitalize’s most significant and intricate enterprise projects.
This position is tailored for engineer operators eager for substantial responsibilities, direct customer interaction, and immediate technical ownership. You will work closely with large, multi-million dollar health system clients, gaining unique insights at the intersection of engineering, enterprise software, and healthcare operations.
Your role will involve spending significant time on-site to understand hospital operations, assess our product's performance under stress, and identify areas for improvement. You will implement solutions, inform product development, and contribute to Vitalize's expansion among enterprise clients.
This is a high-impact position with significant visibility. You will become one of the key individuals familiar with our customers' needs and operations.
What You’ll Do
Engage with Enterprise Clients (Approximately 50% travel)
Travel frequently to customer locations, collaborating with health system partners during deployments and crucial phases.
Establish trust with clinical leaders, including Chief Nursing Officers and executive stakeholders, by thoroughly grasping their workflows and limitations.
Facilitate and Resolve Deployments
Work closely with Deployment Strategists to ensure seamless transitions and effective adoption of our solutions.
Quickly troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and assist customers in overcoming obstacles.
