The Role
As a pivotal member of our Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our operations. You will establish engagement protocols, define deliverables, create playbooks, and determine scalability. Our support structure includes dedicated teams in data, product, and infrastructure, and you will be the driving force to bring these elements together to create impactful solutions for our customers.
Your work will involve direct collaboration with ZoomInfo's strategic accounts—large enterprises with intricate data requirements, particularly in sectors like financial services and insurance. By understanding their market challenges, you will craft and deliver tailored intelligence applications that integrate ZoomInfo’s extensive third-party data with the customer’s first-party data, ultimately driving significant business results.
You will lead the engagement lifecycle, overseeing everything from initial discovery to deployment, and from executive presentations to production code. Collaborating closely with our data and product teams, you will leverage ZoomInfo’s comprehensive data assets—including company intelligence, contact data, intent signals, and specialized vertical datasets—to develop customized applications suited to each client's unique personas and workflows.

What You’ll Do
Develop the FDE Playbook: Capture and document successful strategies, including onboarding processes, deployment patterns, integration frameworks, and success metrics. Your contributions will help evolve this role into a scalable model for additional strategic accounts and verticals, ultimately building a team.
Lead Strategic Customer Engagements: Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned strategic accounts. Facilitate discovery sessions, define use cases, design solutions, build applications, and oversee their deployment within the customer environment.
