Your Impact at Lila
As a Scientist on our Physical Sciences team, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative flow chemistry workflows. You will design, construct, and optimize cutting-edge flow chemistry platforms, seamlessly integrating real-time analytics and AI-driven decision-making. Collaborating closely with systems engineers and AI scientists, you will enhance our autonomous chemistry capabilities and expedite discovery processes at an unprecedented scale.
