In this position, you will directly interact with clients to help troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues. Your fluency in Flemish will be essential for ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related technical problems
- Document client interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Advise clients on best practices and optimal usage of our products
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
