About Finance at Brex
The Finance team serves as a strategic powerhouse at Brex. Work Environment
This position is based in our New York office. We foster a hybrid work environment that blends the dynamic interactions of in-office work with the flexibility of remote operations. Currently, we require a minimum of two in-office days per week, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Starting February 2, 2026, we will increase this to three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
Your Role
As the Finance Manager for Commissions, your role will be vital in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of commission structures and payouts for our sales and revenue teams. Your contributions will directly enhance the motivation and productivity of our salesforce, aiding in the achievement of our growth objectives. You will collaborate with the dynamic finance team and work alongside senior leadership across multiple departments.
